Yes it is a Myers Brigg category system. My whole organisation did that testing decades ago, I was an INTJ. I found the testing related to decision making styles to be much more useful in real life. Myers Brigg is still first year uni Business Psychology topic, but only an indicator of where a natural tendancy might lie, not something that can be counted on as a rule. Savy people, aware of their natural type, can act out of type when required, consultants are a good example.
