That's a good point Mick. I have to use a filter with my d5600 as it's full spectrum, but I have a spare unmodified d5600 which I hadn't thought of using for these objects. I bought the second camera on clearance as a back up to the modified camera.
I've got back-ups for most things except autoguiding - another MGEN and I could run two rigs at once
