EQ6 PRO MOUNT



Selling an EQ6 Pro mount with a few modifications.

• Custom made altitude adjustment knobs makes adjustment much easier than the standard levers and they are finished in a nice anodized Celestron orange.
• The original weight bar has been replaced with a longer sturdier bar that allows you to use much less weight to balance the scope. Less weight better tracking.

The original weight bar on an EQ6 is 285mm long the custom made bar on this mount is 465mm long and 25mm in diameter. It is easily removed for transport, it screws in.

Overall the mount is in good condition, working perfectly but cosmetically it has a few paint chips and some of the bolts are a little tarnished.

I have the original box for transport.
