Petra, going off topic a bit I don't perceive any intent to make IIS a boys club in any way. Certainly when amateurs of the female gender join up and post they are welcomed just as heartily as males. It just seems to be case that ladies interested in astronomy appear to be few in number.
As for myself, I chose option 4 but I dont have a current partner.
The ex had a predisposition to jealousy if my attention was directed at things other than her
