[The Mekon (John Briggs)]

Missed out on buying a Custom80M to put on this classic mount so it is now up for sale. This is the heavy duty version of the famous super polaris mount.
It comes with the 115cm wooden tripod, 3 cwts, 8lb, 6lb and 4lb. Both RA and Dec motors (dec motor cable needs repair/replacement) and the DMD3 controller. Also Vixen plate, spare flex cable etc.
All this cost me $2300 in 1991. (receipts available) On the basis that classic Vixen seems to sell about 1/3 of original cost which would be $766, I am asking $650. You will have to ask very nicely if you want it shipped.
