Upon Enquiry, (and as I can't attach photos to a PM)
I provide the following extra information:

the large internal hole dimensions are:
Photo 1: 44.5 cm (long point)
Photo 2: 38.5 cm (shorter point)
Photo 3: 18.5 cm (width)
And : 16 cm (depth) plus extra cutout for dovetail,

smaller hole (presumably finder scope ?)
23 x 8 cm

But Note: for my 4SE, I replaced the original foam with the packaging that came with the 4SE.
So the original case foam is unused, unmodified and intact.
