Yes keep it up. If you have a flowing creek nearby sit with ankle in flowing water, IF you can't get to the beach s per previous suggestion. BUT DO NOT STRESS THAT SPRAIN GETTING TO THAT WATER as in climbing down a bank, etc. Just remembered a picture of your dam. Perhaps if no flowing creek let th els in the dam nibble your toes.
