Rather than dwell on healthy lifestyle choices, my top three "office window" views would be
1) Being under the Moon's shadow over Antarctica
2) The Leonid Shower of 2001 (3000 per hour)
3) Blue Plasma Jets from the top of a very active thunderstorm going into space.
