PCC was really blue. ColorCalibration looked just wrong. That final one is a bit of a hybrid.

I'd say your image is close. Spiral galaxies like this typically have a dusty yellow core and then bluish outer arms. How blue though is a question mark.
Look at enough spiral galaxy images and they can vary a fair bit although the pattern is much the same with bluish outer arms and a yellow core some with a lot more dust than others. Sculptor seems very dusty. It must have a lot of rocky planets I imagine.
