If you need Win7 32 bit for your older drivers you can run a virtual machine on your new computer, it's a bit like running win7 as an app and much easier than setting up a dual boot system. I have a win8 laptop with win7 installed as a virtual machine so I can still use some older software and my scanner which doesn't have drivers for later o/s.
This is the one I use, it's free for home use.
