I have a case full of Kimwipes...but they have been relegated to cleaning all things other than optics. (it is true, they don't leave debris)
They do contain random pieces of grit. So, if you want to scratch your optics use Kimwipes.
All I can say is NEVER again. (I learnt the hard way

Acetone and plain white Kleenex is indeed recommended by AP.
Tissues=cheap Lenses=expensive
One wipe per tissue. Go through the
whole box and it will cost you.... what....$3.00?
My AP optics cost just a little more
Compressed Dust-Off aerosol for the debris. As Con the Fruiterer would say " Beeeaaaudiful..."
