Big W, Woolworths, KMart, Joyce Mayne, Hervey Norman....
I got 1 for the unit at Big W, the other for our home Samsung we got from Woolies in the electronic/battery section (ours was $20 compared to the generic Big W cheapie).
Our Samsung remote on/off switch won't work (the rest of the buttons do), and Samsung wanted $95 for a replacement. I bought the universal for $20

Just follow the instructions to pair, and try the various code numbers they give per brand, and give it a go. You may need also to look online for the code number if not listed, as some generic TV's like Bauhn use various "name brand" transceivers etc - by memory, the Bauhn in the unit was an Akai code.
