The in-traffic windshield washing guys - endemic in Canberra - are frustrating, as who the heck carries coins these days. I do now, and give them 20c NOT to wash my windshield with their filthy bucket water. I have noted they simply ignore Asian lady drivers, and do it, then wait outside their window with hand out... guess they know soft targets.
