Hi all,
Last night, I was setting up my scope and performing the alignment sequence and everything worked well up to the point where the star was centred and I press "enter" on the handbox where at this point I got the message that alignment had failed and to realign the star which I did on the same star and was told the same thing again.
This time I shut the scope down and checked the manual to make sure I had done everything correctly and restarted and peformed the same sequence of events with no problems at all for the rest of the night.
If anyone has had this happen to them or has any thoughts on what happened I would be very interested.
I'm positive there isnt a problem, but it's just one of those things I would like to find an answer to.
