The nuts & bolts part is towards the end if you can sit through it. I had to watch it a couple of times to get my head around the theory but it's well worth it. DR Robin Glover is the speaker. You could also google "optimum sub exposure length/ astrophotography' or similar, there's plenty of info out there.
