Jupiter and Saturn on a Moon lit night

13/8/19 Moon Jupiter and Saturn Celestron C6 on EVO with ASI 1224mc camera and 1.5x barlow
13 August had decent conditions in Canberra as Sydney also appears to have enjoyed. Good conditiions have been a bit rare here in August.
Of course a nearly full moon does not prevent decent solar system imaging, it just provides an extra target. The moon is a target I need a fair bit more practice on and the area around Schiller crater is an attractive site on a near full moon. Jupiter is receding but you can still make out some nice detail with small scopes. Conditions may have been fading a bit by the time I got to Saturn but it is still a stirring sight.
