A Quick M55
Jetstream was running around 100kt last night so picked an easy object to do some quick imaging. Chose M55 globular cluster ( around magnitude 7 ) which I haven’t imaged before
6” f6 Bintel newt on a HEQ5 mount
40 x 90sec subs
15 x darks
No dithering
PHD2 Guiding at a terrible 1.80 to 2.20 arc sec error
Canon 600D with Baader coma corrector
ISO 800
Stacked in DSS
Processed in Startools
