I'm familiar with something similar with my boy h0ughy, though his problem was probably different. My lads prepuce had an extremely small opening (pin hole size) which caused the end to swell painfully during urination, and only allowed him to pass small amounts, which had to be done frequently, rather than emptying his bladder in one go. He need to be circumcised, which removed the problem all together. It was, up until that time, very uncomfortable and embarassing for him.
