I don’t think there is a specific ASCOM dev for controlling relays, but what you could do is to use the dome controller drv as a way to achieve your goal. Very simple drv template. I’m actually designing the hardware and code (arduino/Vb) to open & shut a roof. Suggest you use optocouplers if there’s 240 involved.
