Don't go to OPSM. They had three tries to get it right for me. First attempt, my arms weren't long enough to hold a book at focus. Second attempt the opposite, third attempt different focus for either eye. Tried another optician, cost a few bucks more but they took twice as long to do the test and got it right first time. OPSM had smiling young trendies that just wanted to get it done as quick as possible. The store manageress did the final test and still mucked it up.
