You do realise that the answer depends on how many reflections are involved, optically - each one produces a left-right reversal (or up-down).

Rotate the handset 180 degrees and you've effectively switched opposite buttons.

Reverse the scope on the dovetail and the sense of the dec buttons is reversed. For this reason Skywatcher insists that when using my AZEQ6 in alt-az mode, the scope must always be mounted on the right.

The way it works in my (straight through) finder is correct but since my main scope as a star diagonal, either left/right or up/down are reversed, depending on which way its placed on the mount dovetail base.
