what is the cross-hatching I see in my stacked images

Hi,

I recently took some subs of the Cent A galaxy (50x60sec) and stacked them with 50 darks and 50 bias frames in DSS. I then loaded the image into my post-processing software (StarTools) and saw this horrible cross-hatching/waffle pattern on my image. It's like I shot it through lattice.

So just wondering is this normal, am I doing something horribly wrong or is my camera faulty?

I shot with a non-cooled, ASI290MC. No filters or anything else in the way.

Apologies, I'm at work so don't have an image to show.

Cheers in advance

Rene
