Only problem with induction wires is motorbikes and especially bicycles not trigering the lights. Plenty of times I had to roll forward and press thd button.
PS. I hate right hand lane travellers who dont get out of the right lane when you are trying to overtake. No matter what you do they wont budge so you are forced to overtake in the left lane. Most 2 lane roads even have a reminder every now and then
" left lane except when overtaking" grrrrrrr
