While we are on about Wheelie Walkers,it brings to mind the time many years ago on the way to Sydney,I called in to the Armidale RSL for a feed on a Wednesday"Pension day" in those days, to find two portley gentlemen pushing their chairs together like two Rhino's,snorting and snuffling.
Other people in the queu just stood back and let them go at it for at least 4-5 minutes.
It was eventually broken up by the RSL staff,strangest thing was than no words were exchanged between them either in the skirmish or afterwards.
They just resumed a position in the queu,got their food and went their seperate ways.
All this was to the amusment of the other patrons.
One of the funniest things I had seen in a long time.
Brought a smile to my dial on my way down the highway.
