Sadly the new QSI 660 has had to go back. So there won't be another image taken with that camera. I have ordered another camera as a replacement after receiving a full refund. I am going with an SBIG Aluma 694 which has the same sensor so I will have the same image scale. The new design of the camera will effectively remove problems of corrosion that existed before. So I am excited about the prospect of using this camera.

My other QSI683 is supposed to be doing ultra wide field but that is still in for repair too. I cannot even use that camera as a backup at present. So no images from this rig until I get the new camera or I get the old one back. I am still also yet to test the repairs that Stefan made to the Wynne corrector, which I am expecting will allow me to undertake wide field imaging too.

N/R looks a tad overdone though? Thinking after spending lots of time on my own recent version that this should look sharper now.
Nice depth to the image too

No noise reduction was done on this image Andy. Perhaps seeing was not great and one can only sharpen so much.
