I have not seen the new legislation but I have been told that using lights (or any semblance of a hydroponic system) to grow dope exposses you now to 20 years in the slammer
. Hydroponics is associated with a commercial opperation. Add that when explaing about the foil and let fear take its course
. Or invite them over for a look whilst they are stoned I suspect you could convert them to the dark side

If you build yourself a light tube with baffles, the light wont worry you very much, then if you add a hood like the old time photographers.
