If you're able to get 5 mins unguided there's nothing wrong with your mount and you should get an award. 300 seconds at 700mm focal length is phenomenal. If you can get that consistently, why bother with guiding? Mind you, with that exposure I would have expected more detail coming through on your subs. Maybe tell us your camera settings so others can comment further.
