Thanks for your comments guys. Despite the technical issues I'm happy with the image as it looks good at a glance.
It's my first image of this area and the nebulosity is much fainter than the usual nebulae, especially the colours.
I'm considering getting a shorter focal length scope to get a bit wider field.
