Advantages/Disadvantages of a cemented vs air spaced doublet

Looking for information that provides the pros and cons of a cemented vs air spaced doublet. Is one configuration more effective...more expensive...than the other etc.
I'm looking for advantages versus disadvantages if possible.
Can someone post a link or has some info on this.
