Just go to services and disable windows updates. Do this for series 7 intel cpu's too to stop popups.

The TV machine here runs win7 just for media center. Never been updated.
All the other boxes are win10. It works fine. Obsolete software is the issue. Suck it up or get an apple.

If you want to try and upgrade from win7 to win10 it's still free.
Go get the media creation tool and it will download win10 to a usb thumbdrive.
Best to do this overnight.
It will make a bootable thumbdrive or you can just run setup.exe off the thumbdrive from win7.

This only works on legit win7 installations.
