Yes I’m aware of USB compatibility
The MBeat hub has both USB2 and USB3 ports and my laptop has USB3 ports
I’ve tried both and the mouse still has issues
Maybe it’s Windows 10 giving the mouse low priority when everything’s running as the mouse works perfectly during the day when I’m just processing with one application open and plugged directly into the laptop no hub
At night when I’m imaging I have 4 applications running concurrently with mouse plugged into the hub
I need a computer nerd / wizz to nut this one out
I’m definitely not a computer wizz
Cheers
