Don't laugh Lewis - at least the Celestron stuff is better than Meade's.
And they're also the distributor for Skywatcher who at least make some respectable mounts and passable refractors.
It's the electronics and mechanicals that will fail first and need support - not the optics.
Hence why virtually every LX200 has been either deforked, or trashed.
