Having lived on a boat I can be very frugal with water...I can wash with only a litre then strain that and make a cup of tea.

I expect being hot you probably need to take 3 liters of water times the days out there...mmm thats about 300 liters ...so need a tank delivered and get in touch with the water delivery guy..now as to food..100 kgs of rice should do it☺.

Sounds like the camel would go wanting for water before you would.

In that case this sheep and cattle station next to Wilpena Pound has
a handful of pay-per-night bush camping sites.

If a group of Swedish backpackers turn up at one of the other camp
sites and fancy a look through the scope, there is a creek to splash
some water behind the ears and freshen up in.
