Bunnings here sells IPA, as does the local pharmacy (Reagent grade) and paint supply stores (who also sell 99% methylated spirits - though you need to tell them why
). I obtained pure ethanol and methanol quite easily, and use both (depending on the circumstance).
BUT, being in Wales, I have no idea - I do recall Boots pharmacy 30 years ago having IPA swabs for injection site prep (for diabetics etc). Just get some of those, or if that fails, buy some Zeiss cleaning swabs for optics
