This is the last I am going to say on this thread. The CGX countweight bar screws into the mount head, but the head pivots on the RA bearing, the DEC bearing being on top of the head, pivots on its bearing. It is not possible to measure from the RA pivot point which intersects the counterweight bar, because it is internal to the case and the bar may not actually cross that point anyway. Assuming the RA was moved to the point where the counterweight bar was parallel with the base, you can't measure that distance because you can not locate the pivot point inside the case. The point where the bar exits the case would be no where near the pivot point.
This is a crazy request in my opinion, and seemingly has no bearing on any aspect of mount setup, or decision making in relation to a purchase. The OP's continued unwillingness to explain what exactly this is needed for, makes it all seem like some prank inflicted on people willing to help. I'm out of this.
