Only time I ever was in an aircraft hit by strong crosswinds was in Oct 2015, at BNE.
1:30pm VA CBR to BNE. Plane touched down, and was taxiing to the terminal. Strong crosswinds that afternoon due a severe storm brewing. The gusts picked up, just after touch down. As a passenger, you could feel the plane getting shoved sideways by the wind.
