New mount arrived for my Ha.
There may be a possibility that Synta are about to introduce a new mount to rep[lace this, NOT made by Synta (Skywatcher) like many of their things including the SkyTee, just bought in and re badged, why, because of the price drop, I got it for just £275 including delivery saving £30.
I don' like the terrible mount, the tripod is next to useless, no stability due to complete lack of weight and because the struts for the tray are plastic you can not hang any decent weight off it.
The unexpected 12v power plate that replaces the battery holder is a great idea.
In all very nice except the mount.
I just adapted EQ5 legs I got for £50 from Ebay
