Have an old EQ5 I’d love to move on. Not in the greatest shape. The plastic connection to the Dec motor has snapped at some point and has been held in place with some tape, although it still works. RA all fine and both axis move and track with the hand controller. The hand controller is relatively new as is the tripod. Would be fine as a basic tracking mount for “push to” visual (not goto) and when used like this last year it held Jupiter in the field of view well for a good while. Comes with one counter weight (with quite an old bent rusted bolt that still works fine to clamp it on) and a 6V4.5AH/20HR battery and charger. Local pickup in Brisbane. $200 or so.
