I agree with you as well.
But if there are lets say 4 different points of view on a topic, put it to a Poll. Then you could contribute your opinion anon. without getting tromped on.
Critisism can be a hard pill to swallow.
It must be remembered that there is usually more than just ONE way to do a thing successfully.
