I captured a bit over 1 hour per filter on the first night night and found lots of noise after I registered and stacked them. I captured more the next night and still had noise. I kept going for a couple of nights until I realised the problem was with the calibration frames and not the lights! The good thing was I ended up with the luxury of having enough subs to be ruthless in discarding those that weren't perfect. The end result was good SNR and really sharp detail!
