Wanted: Celestron Evolution mount for swap for: CG-5 Eq mount and AP accessories
In the interests of increasing portability and use I want to find a post-2016 Celestron NexStar Evolution mount and tripod to pair with my Celestron 8 inch SC.
My preference would be a straight swap for my existing Celestron CG-5 Equatorial mount and tripod, with astrophotography accessories. All inclusions in good condition. including:
- CG-5 Equatorial mount (motorised)
- Counter-weight
- Hand Control (software: The Sky L1)
- Stainless steel tripod
- Skywatcher 12.5 mm Illuminated Reticle Eyepiece
- Baader Witty 1 Tangent Assembly with Dovetail Base
- 'Introduction to Astrophotography' by Robert Reeves
- 'Philip's Astrophotography' by HJP Arnold
- 'Stars of the Southern Skies' by Patrick Moore
PM me if you would more information or additional photos. I'm also happy to part with a Celestron Power Tank 17. It will require a replacement internal battery, but still cheaper than buying a whole new unit.
Preference for a Canberra swap-over, but open to finding a half-way point a few hours from Canberra.
I'm open to considering cash offers for the above (so I can purchase the Evo if one comes available).
