I think the FCUSB function is also available under ASCOM (need to confirm) if it is then I'd say if SharpCap can talk to ASCOM focusers then it should work.
I use the FCUSB pop up to control the focus on my C11 @f10 using a "reflective slit guider" and the lodestar.
In my case I need to get best spectral focus on the slit gap (not just a good target FWHM) You could use PHD2 or any other program.
I can view the actual spectrum in the ATiK 314L until best results are achieved.
