Startools requires clean linear data so tweaking levels, curves, colour or anything else in your image after stacking is a no no
In the colour module try Artistic Detail Aware, keep your bright saturation about half way on the slider and adjust your Dark Saturation and Saturation to suit taste
Invert your colour bias sliders so you increase colour as you slide to the right, I find you have more control as the logic of colour control seems easier to manage
Don’t have to high RGB colour bias just tweak them up bit by bit
Maybe try a Star mask and colour your stars independently from the main Nebula
There’s some good YouTube clips on Startools which I found a great help . I’ve been using it for 9 months and still learning , still finding ways to improve the final image
