Here is a pic of Rob Mcnaught i took at his workstation at the Uppsala telescope on Siding Spring Mountain, 9 years and 1 month ago tomorrow.
He is pointing out his latest NEO discovery.
If you can enlarge the image you can see the NEO just above Rob's middle finger.
Note the actual telescope in the monitor.
I had met him a couple of times before,one of them he was a guest at the Queensland Astrofest,I think it was doing a talk on the possible numbers of the up coming Leonid meteor shower which has a peak every 32 years.
Great guy,he deserves all the accolades given to him.
