Can you get a PC + some software to emulate a GPS device?

Given that Google Earth can give me my latitude and Longitude down precisely to my scope in the backyard, and that Windows can check the time against a world wide atomic clock and knows my time zone….

Is there any software to talk to a Celestron CG5 and emulate a GPS device? It sounds like a really simple and clever things for anyone who wants the PC to tell the hand controller what the time and place is. Can anyone help out on this?
