Wonder how the RAAF has resolved the helment weight problem?
If you weigh less than about 62kg and bang-out, the combination of ejection G’s and helmet weight will snap your neck....generally not a problem for blokes (not the neck snapping bit, but the weight) ...well...maybe ex-jockeys, not to be confused with ex-fighter jocks
....BUT...my point being, the laws of physics don’t give a toss about gender neutral recruitment.
