When you buy it, they send the physical gold to you, along with the relevant invoicing that verifies it's authenticity as a Perth Mint product.
Also, keep in mind, that there will be a shipping fee involved too. They advise of the amount on the site. I can't remember which courier they use, but the service is quite a secure one.
As for selling it... once you have the gold in your hands, you can dispose of it in any way you like. For me, it has always been a face to face meet-up, and cash is exchanged for precious metal.
