Well.. if you think that’s absurd, some years ago I worked for a company where someone claimed a WHS injury regarding an infected finger via cut allegedly received from toilet paper. The insurer demanded to know what the company was doing to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
The result was notices plastered on all toilet doors advising the correct use of toilet paper, complete with graphics
