Sometimes the Moon itself and the features on it are the viewing objective.
A full moon can be frustrating when it isn't the viewing objective, though

For myself this evening, hopes of observing the Moon were dashed first by mozzies in the back yard, and then cloud cover when I'd retreated back upstairs.
