My experience with iOptron was not positive. That was a few years ago now, so the newer systems probably are OK, but with only 1 or 2 dealers here, you may have trouble with any issues. I would caution buying an older/used iEQ45, as they are apparently not upgradeable to the new firmware/software.
SW mounts on the other hand have huge local support, and are generally excellent right out of the box.
